Abi Kellison
Hi, I'm Coach Abi Kellison and I coach Strength & Conditioning classes. My fitness journey started as a weight loss journey 3 years ago. After a hip & quad injury, I refocused towards longevity and building strength through functional training. I've since trained in various styles such as bootcamp, HIIT, running, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and most recently endurance-based training for Hyrox. I also earned my CF-L1 trainer certificate, competed in Olympic Weightlifting, Hyrox, and have run several races. The welcoming, family environment created by Owners Will & Marina is what I loved most about Charge Fitness as a member & what I love sharing with you now as your coach!
