For the ultimate in relaxation & recovery, we recommend our signature 1-hr contrast therapy session. Spend 12 minutes in the sauna to unwind and detoxify, followed by up to 3 minutes in the Cold Plunge to invigorate and refresh. Repeat this cycle for a total of 3 times to experience the full benefits of contrast therapy.
