What to Expect
During your personal training sessions, you'll work closely with one of our trainers for a customized plan that aligns with your objectives. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, lose weight, learn or improve kickboxing, or enhance overall fitness, we'll develop a program that's tailored specifically to you. Personal training sessions are scheduled outside of small group training times.
