Waivers will be sent ahead of the Games and must be signed before the event day.
Check-in is at 8am. You'll get your heat, athlete number, assigned referee, and exact start time then. First heat starts at 830am so don't be late to check-in!
There is 15 min alloted for warm-ups prior to your heat.
There are 8 total events. Each event is 7 min with 5 min breaks in between.
You are able to use the 7 min work time as you see fit, stopping & starting as needed. You select and load your own weight, and that weight is locked in for the full 7 min. There is no coaching, just a referee counting your valid reps. Only full reps completed before time expires count.
During 5 min breaks you are responsible for unloading your weight, loading your next next weight, and of course for rest, water, and movement specific warm ups as you see fit. There is no make up time for late starts from 5 min breaks.
